TTO Backup supports a very rudimentary Active Directory configuration. Open "Preferences" and fill in your active directory domain.

If you Google Apps domain is different than your AD domain, you can use the "Replace Domain" option which will help TTO Backup make restoring files easier because it'll automatically create user folders using your GSuite domain.
