Creating a domain wide delegation account

It's lengthy, but I'll do my best to keep this short and sweet!

We need to create a Google API Console project, an account for domain wide delegation, then a service account attached to the domain wide delegation service.

Go to the the Google API Console and login with a Domain Admin account. If you have never created an API project for your domain yet, you will do so here. You can call it whatever you want, such as "TTO Backup".
